By using Prompt Perfect’s custom GPT development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
Prompt Perfect specializes in creating a custom GPT tailored to your specific needs. Our services include consultation, development, and delivery of the custom GPT as a URL and, upon request, as a .txt file including the custom instructions.
3.1. Upfront Payment: Customers are required to pay 50% of the total cost upfront. This payment is to be made via a Stripe checkout link provided by Prompt Perfect.
3.2. Final Payment: Upon delivery of the custom GPT, the remaining 50% is due. This payment is also to be made via a Stripe checkout link. If payment is not made within 24 hours, access to the custom GPT will be revoked.
We aim to deliver the custom GPT within seven business days from the date of the upfront payment. The timeline may vary based on the complexity of the project and any specific requirements discussed during the scoping session.
After the initial payment is received, customers will be connected with our lead developer. During this scoping session, the project specifications will be discussed in detail to ensure that the custom GPT meets the client's requirements.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We will work closely with you throughout the development process to ensure that the custom GPT meets your needs. If you have any concerns or require adjustments, please communicate with us as soon as possible.
7.1. Upfront Payment: The upfront payment is non-refundable once the development of the custom GPT has been started.
7.2. Final Payment: The final payment is non-refundable once the custom GPT has been delivered and accepted by the client.
The custom GPT developed by Prompt Perfect remains the intellectual property of Prompt Perfect until the final payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the custom GPT is transferred to the client.
Prompt Perfect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the custom GPT development.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Prompt Perfect reserves the right to amend these terms of service at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to customers via email or through our website.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary information, business strategies, and technical data.
Prompt Perfect adheres to all relevant data protection laws and regulations. We will ensure that all personal data shared with us during the project is handled in compliance with these laws.
After the delivery of the custom GPT, Prompt Perfect offers a support period of 14 days to address any issues with GPT not meeting customer specifications. Extended support and maintenance services are available at an additional cost.
The custom GPT models developed by Prompt Perfect are hosted on OpenAI's infrastructure. As such, the availability and performance of the custom GPT models are subject to OpenAI's technical capabilities and service availability. Prompt Perfect is not responsible for any downtime, rate-limiting, service interruptions, or performance issues related to OpenAI's hosting services. Any disruptions in service should be addressed directly with OpenAI as per their terms and conditions.

Prompt Perfect offers 1 hour consulting sessions for a fee of $200 per session. Our consultants provide personalized guidance and support during these sessions.
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to the No-Show Policy.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee of $200.
Clients can reschedule their appointments if they provide at least 6 hours notice. Rescheduling within 6 hours of the appointment will incur a late fee of 50% of the session cost ($100).
Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.
The fee for each 1 hour consulting session is $200, payable at the time of booking using a Stripe checkout link. Applicable late fees for rescheduling within 6 hours of the appointment will also be charged.

Prompt Perfect reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
